showbiz lang ba?

I just read an article talking about Defensor's Movie Museum project. A mini-Hollywood for the completion of the declaration of Quezon City as the City of Stars. For some it is briliant, it is one way of promoting tourism in our country specially in Quezon City. But for me, there are a lot of issues in the city aside from making it the City of Stars, like education. Don't you think it's just a waste of fund in that said museum? Public schools across Q.C can utilize that fund to have a better school buildings, new classrooms and books for the students. I wonder why are they pushing it? Are they frustrated starlets of showbiz?
